Menorca en Barco
Important information related with our services. Season 2020
Considering the health problem we are facing and the uncertainty of what will happen during the 2020 season, from Menorca en Barco we inform our clients of the following measures.
First we want to tell our future visitors that our company will comply at all times with the sanitary requirements imposed by the different authorities both during de-escalation and in the so-called new normality.
We will guarantee the correct disinfection of our boats and we will carry the protection equipment whenever it is necessary or required depending on the current regulations at all times.
In order to minimize the risk of contagion, at least during this season or until absolute normality is reached, we will stop offering drinks and snacks on board as well as the surface diving equipment (glasses and snorkels) that we usually provide to our clients. . This implies that all those who want to eat, drink or dive during our excursion must bring their own food and drinks or snorkeling equipment.
The contracting and payment of the services will be done prior to carrying out the activity as usual until now. We will prioritize online reservations (card payment), although hiring via email or telephone with payment by bank transfer will be available in those cases where online reservation is not possible. In the exceptional case that none of the above booking methods were possible, the hiring and payment can be done in person at our shed of information and ticket sale in Cala Galdana, but only in cash and exact amount and in compliance with the sanitary safety regulations. .
It is the responsibility of the clients to come to the excursion in good health and without presenting any of the symptoms related to COVID-19, at least two weeks prior to boarding.
In the case of suspicion that a passenger could present any of these symptoms before boarding or during the course of the excursion, the person in charge of the Menorca en Barco, in this case the skipper of the boat, may use the right of admission and avoid boarding that person or promote disembark if the activity is already in progress. In both cases, the customer will not be entitled to any refund of the amount paid for the service.
The company Menorca en Barco reserves the right to make the changes it deems appropriate in the offer or characteristics of its excursions during the season (duration, price, maximum number of passengers on board ...) or any other aspect related to the activity. to adapt to the health circumstances of each moment or to possible fluctuations in demand. This will not affect the reservations made and paid prior to each change, maintaining the conditions contracted in each case, unless new mandatory measures are established by the competent authorities and therefore even the conditions of those reservations must be modified. confirmed, in which case customers would be notified of them as soon as possible.
It is the responsibility of each client to bring their own personal protective equipment in case these are required by the competent authorities to carry out the activity.
From Menorca en Barco we appeal to the patience, understanding and common sense of our clients in the face of the complex health, social and work situation we are living.
Thank you all very much for your collaboration. We hope to see you soon!
